Remove Mind Control Hypnosis
Over the last few weeks I've had some people ask me how to remove mind control hypnosis. The general consensus seems to be bunch of conflicting stories ranging from "just don't do it and it'll go away" to "you'll have to live with it for the rest of your life". So in the event that some hypnosis has not worn off by itself I have created this self-hypnosis session for you to use under your own reconnaissance that will clear any and all programming and commands.
The Dehypnosis Session
Hold out your hand(s) in front of you (one or both, which ever is more comfortable)
Imagine a Soft Pink Bubble in your hand which grows and shrinks as you move your hand(s). (You'll know which texture/colour will be most helpful to you)
Move your hand(s) apart to grow the bubble
Then talk to the bubble, tell it:-
"I honour the blessing of your existence. I love you. Thank you."
"I give you all of the suggestions, metaphors, metaprograms, triggers and commands take them with my blessings"
"I allow all altered memories to be reset, forgotten memories to be re-established and implanted memories to vanish into the bubble"
"I release all cravings into the bubble so they are free to find what they are looking for elsewhere"
"I give up all consent violations to the bubble take them with honour to the places they belong"
"I honour the blessing of your existence. I love you. Thank you."
And softly close your hand(s), allowing the bubble to close with it.
