The Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought
The Three Principles of Psychology, discovered by Sydney Banks
My personal experience of using the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and thought against how I run my mind, has fundamentally changed my experience, creating more peace, love and wellbeing in each moment, and even when I'm having scary thinking, seeing straight through it to the heart of the matter which is, I'm having scary thinking right now... and it'll pass. As well as having a profound deep connection to innate health, wellbeing, love, peace and joy which is inseparable from who we are as an extension of universal creation of life energy.
Universal Mind

Universal Mind is the formless energy force behind life. The energy that includes the blue prints to create all the wonderful forms we see around us. The energy that has all the information in it which grows an itty bitty acorn into a huge oak tree. There's an innate blue print for you too, a design for your magnificent life. As human beings it's where our wellbeing, peace, joy and love comes from. Mind, being formless, is impervious to the world of form and so feelings of wellbeing, peace, joy and love aren't affected by the world of form.
Consciousness

Consciousness is your innate ability to be aware, to perceive your experience of the world of form around you. The very fact that you're aware that you're reading this means your consciousness is there inside you working perfectly. Without consciousness you would have no ability to see or hear or feel anything.
It is the gift of consciousness that grants us the ability to look out into the world, and experience our thoughts.

Thought

Thought is formless energy that is the foundational building block of your experience. It's the CGI department of the mind, taking the raw data from our senses and constructing a mental projection of the world around us. We don't experience the world out there, we experience our own mental projection of the world, that's based on the data, which we create in each moment. And our brain does it so well it looks, feels and sounds so real but in fact it's a 3 dimensional mental virtual reality that is inescapable.
Your current foundation of Thought is creating your emotions, thinking, behaviours, judgements and reasoning in every moment, even right now in this moment and the more peaceful you are the higher clarity of thinking you'll have.
Thought is transitory, impermanent, and there is a resource of infinite varieties of thought inside you right now and the fact that you're human means you have unlimited capacity for thought, even if you haven't been able to access all of it until now. And once you really see that all you experience is thought, the deeper you look the more you find, like an endless fractal.

Mind, Consciousness and Thought... What now?
Now that I've read about the principles, what does that mean for me?
"My own personal experience of using the Three Principles in my life has been an ever deepening understanding of psychology and how I create my own reality and the effect of that is that things that used to stress me out totally for weeks or months, things that would always be on my mind now barely even register, so I'm spending more time relaxed and stress free. And the overall quality of my life has substantially increased because I can enjoy more and let go of thoughts that are no longer helpful.
Yes, there are still ups and downs, I still get stressed, angry and depressed, such is the human condition - and the difference is now that even when I'm feeling less than optimal I know it's only temporary, and I know it's not real, even though it seems very real in the moment, and once it's passed it's gone, processed and unimportant and my relationships with others and myself have really improved because I am quick to admit I was out of line and it was just the mood talking - and I really see it that way." ~ Becky York
